Roles & Responsibilities:10-12 years of experience in backup domain.Ready to work in 24*7 environmentStrong knowledge & hands on experience on NetBackupStrong knowledge & hands on experience on EMC Data Domain.Install, configure, and maintain NetBackup & Cohesity systems to meet business requirements.Design and implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data across multiple platforms and environments.Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively addressing any issues to ensure optimal performance.Develop and maintain documentation related to backup policies, procedures, and configurations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data protection best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to backup and recovery operations, escalating as necessary to vendor support.Perform regular system upgrades and patches to keep the backup infrastructure up to date and secure.Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on backup and recovery processes and tools.Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing exercises to validate the effectiveness of backup and recovery procedures.
