Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. With your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, you will contribute to the overall stability and performance of the applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to build knowledge and support the team.

Participate in Problem Solving discussions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end-users.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application-related problems.

Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation.

Assist in the testing and deployment of application updates and enhancements.

Proactively monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.

Provide training and support to end-users on application usage and functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Asset Management.

Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

Experience with incident management and ticketing systems.

Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL framework.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Understanding of software development lifecycle.

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Asset Management.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
