What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsCandidates with End to End Recruitment experience - Domestic/International MarketYou will be part of a HR sourcing team which will enable to search and identify the right candidates to ensure the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan
What are we looking for? Create, monitor and measure SLAs, quality assurance and create a dashboard, to include:workforce scheduling, ensure quality metrics are met by assessing accurate samples and monitor process improvement initiatives. Also, initiate calendar audit to resolve pain points and create a structure for calendar going forward that is aligned with Program Participants to management/leadership support teams (L7/L8 ICs) priorities and preferences.HR Industry specific tools and methodology
