Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead team meetings to discuss progress and challenges- Implement best practices for software development- Mentor junior team members for their professional growth Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration- Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting SAP systems- Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts- Hands-on experience in SAP system installations and upgrades Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration- This position is based at our Pune office- A 15 years full-time education is required
