Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless operation of applications and systems. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Proactively monitor and maintain application systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.- Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.- Implement system upgrades and enhancements.- Provide training and support to end-users. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).- Strong understanding of server administration and maintenance.- Knowledge of virtualization technologies like Hyper-V or VMware.- Experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.- This position is based at our Indore office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
