Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless operation of applications and systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Proactively identify and resolve technical issues in applications and systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and solutions.

Implement and monitor application performance metrics.

Provide training and support to end-users on application functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).

Strong understanding of server administration and maintenance.

Knowledge of network protocols and security measures.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.

This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
