Bring deep expertise to strategize and implement SAP S/4HANA Digital Core by operating at the intersection of Business and Technology.

Lead large-scale client engagements or work streams in SAP TM.

Demonstrate in-depth SAP TM capabilities and possess strong business acumen for Supply Chain.

Monitor progress, manage risks and make sure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.

Support business assessment and roadmaps for our client, advise clients on S/4HANA Supply Chain functionality and new features to overcome current challenges and optimize key business processes.

Demonstrate the differentiating factors of S4-TM and explain value proposition to the client.

Define the knowledge discovery in databases for the business related to the TM module.

Lead team of technical consultants for tasks related to configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, GO-Live & Post GO-Live support activities.

Support practice leadership on solutioning for new business opportunities.

 Qualifications 

Your experience counts!

MBA or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management from Tier-1 college is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with good academic record

3-8 years of relevant post qualification experience

Functional experience in SAP TM with minimum 1-2 end-to-end project implementations

Should have knowledge in SAP TM Master Data including business partner, dangerous goods transportation network such as locations, routes, zones and resources vehicles, trailers, and so on

Hands on experience in selection, planning profiles, conditions optimizer planning and scheduling, fright execution carrier selection and tendering and cost distribution

Good understanding about inbound and outbound shipments, both domestic and international, transportation load builder, different modes of transports, freight settlement

Knowledge of integrating SAP TM with other areas such as SAP Extended Warehouse Management

Knowledge of SAP TM processes and functionalities
