Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects. You will lead a team in delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead and mentor junior team members

Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP

Strong understanding of data migration and data management processes

Experience in SAP data migration projects

Knowledge of SAP data governance and data quality management

Hands-on experience in SAP data integration and transformation
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Syniti ADM for SAP

This position is based at our Hyderabad office
