Key Responsibilities: o Developing and managing relationships with Client stakeholders o Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of our technology driven solutions across value chain o Should have relevant experience in Digital Manufacturing o Should have relevant experience in Cost Reduction o Overseeing the project's financial budget, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to the budget, spending, and cost changes o Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement on a monthly-quarterly basis, while creating satisfied and reference-able customers. o Manage Digital projects, and day to day activities. Ensure timely delivery of the project by regular reporting structures and effective client engagement. o Contribute to project plans, creative input on content, ideas responsible for the success and renewals of the Projects /Business o Contact customers throughout the life cycle to identify potential growth opportunities o Have knowledge of manufacturing projects delivery Requirements: - Experience & Skills: o Minimum of 10 years of experience of working with Metal & Natural Resources Clients or Industry o Must have: ? Experience in Operations, Maintenance or Quality Management ? Driven improvement initiatives pertaining to themes like Manufacturing cost reduction, OEE improvement or Sustainability enhancement ? Experience related to operational excellence projects (TPM/ TQM) or Digital transformation of a manufacturing facility ? Hands on experience managing EBITDA Uplifts projects ? Good understanding of factory automation and process control ? Good understanding of analysing financial statements like P&L statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow statements, etc. ?
