Key Responsibilities
1 Collaborate with HR leadership and key stakeholders in supporting time and attendance service
delivery and sharing best practices.
2 Develop and manage strategic solutions for process, identifying overall needs.
3 Work closely with local time SMEs in driving initiatives and enhancements
4 Prepare local and global guidelines & instructions for time and attendance process.
5 Delivering training for new time SMEs or when new features are released.
6 Supporting and creation of standard and ad hoc reports and answering questions from time
SMEs.
7 Receive and act on error notifications generated by integrations.
8 Prepare local and global guidelines & instructions for time and attendance process.
9 Ability to support customer questions quickly and proactively regarding T&A.


Technical Experience
1.Must to have :Kronos
a.Must have hands on experience with the Business process setup.
b.Must have created and modified existing UKG business processes.
2.Good to have :functional skill with hands on with config in UKG Dimensions\Pro product in WFM
UKG Workforce Management Functional
3.Good to have:Foundation setup of Business structure, Implementation experience with UKG
Dimensions for setting up Schedule, Accrual, Leave, Pay Policies, Attestation, Time keeping,
People Information.
4.Good to have:Setting up the security profiles, i.e. Access profiles, Functional Access profile,
Generic Data Access profile.
