Technical Experience :a Must have SFDC Configuration and customization including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc Security Model, Data Model b Must Technically be skilled in configuration and customization c Must have Hands on Customization APEX, LWC, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, Test Class etc d Must have Hands on Deployment experience
Professional Attributes :a Must have Good Communication skill and Capable of Client facing b Good to have Handled Team of 5-10 junior Developers
