Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, coding, testing, and ensuring the successful delivery of software systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design software solutions.

Develop and configure software systems using Groovy programming language and Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality.

Collaborate with QA teams to ensure proper testing and quality assurance of software systems.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture, Groovy (Programming Language).

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience in developing and configuring software systems using Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.

Proficient in Groovy programming language.

Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
