Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified design and quality standards. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and implementing application features, and conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve application defects and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and develop high-quality software applications using React and other relevant technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Redux and TypeScript.

Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.

Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.

Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React.

This position is based in Gurugram.

A 15 is required.
