Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of systems and services to meet the needs of the organization and its clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of systems and services.

Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of production systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to systems and services.

Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data.

Document and update operational procedures and guidelines.

Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM).

Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.

Experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Intune environments.

Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) principles.

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Intune.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
