Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects in Bhubaneswar.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions

Ensure timely delivery of projects

Mentor junior team members for their professional growth
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud

Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming language

Experience in developing and configuring software systems in SAP ABAP Cloud

Knowledge of technologies and methodologies in software development

Hands-on experience in end-to-end software development projects
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud

This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office
