Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.

  • Additional certifications in digital marketing or public relations are a pl Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designThe Product and Communications Specialist is responsible for managing product-related communications and marketing strategies to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with Client's brand objectives. This role bridges product management and marketing functions, ensuring the effective promotion and positioning of Client's products while engaging stakeholders and customers through impactful communication initiatives.The Content Management team focuses on organizing, categorizing, auditing and publishing content and information with the help of specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals. They are also responsible for auditing and ensuring quality of online content by flagging risks and providing clear feedbacks on errors. The team is responsible for managing the content on websites, social media pages, email campaigns, and responses.experience in product marketing, corporate communications, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful product campaigns and developing impactful communications.
  • Experience in a global or regional organization is preferred.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Product Marketing Strategy:oDevelop and implement product marketing plans, including positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies.oCollaborate with product teams to ensure a clear understanding of product features, benefits, and market differentiators.
  • Content Development:oCreate and manage compelling content for product launches, campaigns, and promotional materials across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.oEnsure all communications align with Client's brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:oWork with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and marketing teams, to ensure unified messaging and objectives.oAct as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and communications within the organization.
  • Campaign Execution and Monitoring:oExecute integrated campaigns to promote products, collaborating with creative teams and external agencies as needed.oTrack and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Market Research and Insights:oConduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.oUse insights to refine product positioning and tailor communication strategies.
  • Crisis and Issue Management:oManage product-related communications during crises or issues, ensuring timely, clear, and accurate messaging.
