Job Description

Project Role :Software Development Lead

Project Role Description :Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

Must have skills :Asset Performance Management (APM)

Key Responsibilities:

Understand the business problems and processes of the clients, and create functional solution of the same

Responsible for providing functional consulting in HSE / PSM areas and be able to showcase credible hands-on experience in key HSE processes like Incident management, Process hazard Analysis, HAZOPs/HAZIDs, Product safety, workplace safety processes, risk management, governances and HSE management systems

Experience of estimating, leading, delivering AMS support projects

Excellent problem identifying and troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.

Create and manage business process workflows, detailed design and required documentation for successful implementation of the applications.

Manage and develop excellent Client relationships. Coordinate and liaison with various client stakeholders to ensure stakeholder alignment during the project lifecycle

Develop Point of Views (POVs) and Thought Capital around the recent and upcoming trends and technologies in APM space

Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities

Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and diverse consulting environment

Should be open to travel in and outside the country

Responsible for providing technical and functional solutioning and support to application like Engica Q4, Permit To work system,

Responsible for providing technical and functional solutioning and support to Asset Performance Management solution like – GE/Meridium or IBM Maximo, Honeywell APM, AVEVA Prism

Working knowledge of MSSQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI.
Technical Experience:

Total number of years of experience -12 to18 years

Experience in conducting design thinking workshops, collating functional requirements for clients, and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a industry role in client support project

Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a team leading role. Consulting experience will be of advantage (though not mandatory)

The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for delivering consulting engagements

Experience in Oil and Gas process domain is an added advantage

Experience in MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint, MS-Word is mandatory.

Deep functional understanding of workplace safety, process safety and HSE management systems and processes.
Qualifications:

Engineering Degree :IT/Chemica/Mechanical
