Summary:As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and managing the delivery team. Your role will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our organization and its assets.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects

Leverage our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets)

Ensure successful execution of projects
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Platform Operations

Experience with security services project implementation and delivery

Strong understanding of security risk management and compliance

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in security

Experience in managing security incidents and conducting investigations

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Platform Operations

This position is based at our Bengaluru office
