Your role involves supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle and providing operational support to keep systems online and available.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Ensure client satisfaction by managing risks and ensuring service delivery.

Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle.

Provide operational support to keep production systems and devices online and available.

Collaborate with team members to address work-related challenges.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.

Strong understanding of IT production systems and services.

Experience in managing risks and ensuring client satisfaction.

Knowledge of infrastructure service management lifecycle.

Hands-on experience in providing operational support for production systems.

This position is based at our Indore office.
