Summary:Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced decision management systems business architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at stakeholder management, and a collaborative team player ideally with an experience in the Financial Services (FS) sector.Key Responsibilities:

Understanding and finalizing requirements for FICO platform

Configure and implement business rules and decisions using FICO tools and technologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective decision models.

Manage and maintain decision strategies to ensure they meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate decision models into business processes.

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the developed strategies through rigorous testing and validation.

An extra ordinary team player with a mindset to learn new skills.Preferred Skills:

5+ years of experience with Blaze Rules Engine, FICO Decision Modeler Platform or any other decision systems.

Highly Numerate and able to logically approach the requirements while paying good attention to detail.

Knowledge of financial services industry.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
