Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading the agile project management process for the team. Your typical day will involve facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring the team is adhering to agile principles and delivering high-quality software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead the agile project management process, including facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the team is adhering to agile principles and delivering high-quality software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project dependencies and impediments.
  • Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Track and report project progress, including sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and team capacity. Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Agile Project Management.
  • Good To Have Skills:Experience in Scrum Framework, Kanban, Lean, and other Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Experience in using agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software projects using agile methodologies.
  • This position is based at our Mumbai office.QualificationMinimum 15 years of Full time education
