Summary:As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information to contribute to the success of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems.

Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Create detailed functional specifications and user stories.

Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Guidewire BillingCenter BA.

Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.

Experience in conducting gap analysis and impact assessments.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with business process modeling tools.

Knowledge of insurance industry and related business processes.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Guidewire BillingCenter BA.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
