Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization and contribute to its success. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing applications, and ensuring their functionality and usability.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business process needs.

Design and develop applications using ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Ensure that the applications meet the defined requirements and are aligned with the organization's goals.

Test and debug applications to ensure their functionality and usability.

Provide support and troubleshooting for applications as needed.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in application design and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL processes.

Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.

Experience in designing and developing applications using ServiceNow platform.

Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and frameworks.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and their implementation.

Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based at our Jaipur office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
