We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Time and Labor modules. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including the ability to configure and optimize business processes, provide functional support, and drive solution design. This role will be responsible for implementing and supporting the core HCM functionalities, ensuring seamless integrations, and delivering solutions that meet business needs and requirements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oracle Fusion Payroll:oConfigure and manage Oracle Fusion Payroll to ensure accurate processing of employee payroll.oLead payroll-related requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.oEnsure payroll compliance with local and global regulations.oTroubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, including reporting and tax calculations.oIntegrate payroll with other Oracle Fusion HCM modules and third-party systems (e.g., tax providers, banks).
  • Compensation Management:oConfigure Oracle Fusion Compensation modules to support various compensation plans, including base salary, bonuses, stock options, and other incentives.oWork closely with the business to understand compensation requirements and implement them into the system.oManage and configure compensation cycles, budgets, and merit increases.oEnsure the compensation structure is aligned with industry standards and business goals.oProvide guidance on compensation processes and best practices.
  • Benefits Management:oConfigure and manage Oracle Fusion Benefits modules to support benefits enrollment, eligibility, and administration.oCollaborate with stakeholders to design benefits plans that meet the organization's needs.oEnsure compliance with benefits regulations and policies.oWork with external vendors (e.g., insurance providers) to manage and integrate benefits data.oTroubleshoot issues related to benefits enrollment, eligibility, and deduction processing.
  • Time and Labor:oImplement and configure Oracle Fusion Time and Labor to manage time tracking, absence management, and attendance policies.oCollaborate with business stakeholders to configure rules for time entry, overtime, and shift differentials.oTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to time entry, accruals, and scheduling.oIntegrate time and labor data with payroll and other HR processes to ensure accurate reporting and payment.
  • Solution Design and Documentation:oLead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time and Labor).oDevelop detailed functional and technical documentation, including requirements, design, test scripts, and user manuals.oProvide end-user training and support.oEnsure all processes are aligned with best practices and company policies.
  • Client Support and Troubleshooting:oAct as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Oracle Fusion HCM issues, providing solutions and troubleshooting support.oProvide ongoing functional support to ensure smooth operation of the system.oIdentify opportunities for system optimization and recommend improvements.
    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 to 8 years) as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Time and Labor modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and Cloud implementations, including configuration, integration, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM implementations, upgrades, and support.
  • Strong understanding of global payroll processes and regulations (for multinational companies).
  • Experience in configuring and supporting compensation plans, benefits programs, and time and attendance policies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and support.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Oracle Fusion HCM certification is a plus.
