Collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Implement innovative strategies for incident resolution.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for effective problem-solving.

Develop and maintain operational stability across business system components.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in AWS Compute.

Strong understanding of cloud computing principles.

Experience in implementing and managing AWS services.

Knowledge of networking concepts in AWS environment.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting AWS infrastructure issues.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in AWS Compute.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
