Summary:As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization and make a positive impact on its performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve performance.

Define parts of an organization to enhance efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Identify areas for process optimization and recommend solutions.

Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Anaplan.

Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.

Experience in implementing process improvements.

Knowledge of change management principles.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Anaplan.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
