Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the application design process and contribute to the overall success of the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Create technical specifications and design documents.

Ensure the application design aligns with industry best practices and standards.

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to the development team.

Troubleshoot and resolve application design issues.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in application design.

Assist in the testing and deployment of applications.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the application design process.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR), ServiceNow Tools Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with other ServiceNow modules.

Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.

Experience in designing and developing applications using ServiceNow HR module.

Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.

Familiarity with IT service management processes and workflows.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

An Engineering degree with ServiceNow Certification is required.
