Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working on User Experience (UX) Design and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of user-centered, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into design solutions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.

Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all applications and platforms.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the user experience of our applications. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in User Experience (UX) Design.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.

Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.

Strong understanding of web and mobile application design principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Additional Information:
