Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases, and participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Develop innovative strategies to enhance business processes.

Lead process improvement initiatives.

Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in GuideWire ClaimCenter.

Strong understanding of business process modeling.

Experience in process optimization and automation.

Knowledge of industry best practices in business process architecture.

Hands-on experience in process mapping and documentation.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in GuideWire ClaimCenter.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
