Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:-Expertise in business process of respective functional area ( Order to Cash) . -Be the Product Lead for OTC and work with Client Product Owners, SAP IT Leads & COE team & Business Stakeholders on the Process / Technology aspects of the Product-Be an effective bridge between client and Accenture leadership and maintain high NPS

Regularly identify gaps in business process and conceptualize business solution to a high level design, identification of Process level Hotspots and Interventions needed – Recommend Solutions and make Proposal for Design & Implementation. Ability to estimate and stitch together a solution to engage with business stakeholders

Ability to architect a high level solution with a team with SAP as the core system integrating w satellite systems like SFDC, SRM, 3rd party applications, digital etc-Ability to Plan/Prioritize & execute the Prioritized Change Backlog with L2 team in the costs and schedules defined

Skills to interact with business, absorb external analyst reports, work with on ground tech team and work on continuous improvement plans. Work towards Improvised KPIs identified.

Ability to Measure and communicate value to all stakeholders

Manage a team of 5 to 10 L2 consultants to deliver AMS and AD outcomes within defined SLA and CSAT

Ensure compliance with project requirements, including scope, timeline, and budget, and communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in No Technology Specialization.

Experience in leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications.

Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module functionality and integration with other SAP modules.

Experience in SAP implementation methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office. Role requires co location with client team in Hyderabad
