What would you do You will work closely with the client delivery team in support of deliverables/ capacity planning in a collaborative, agile and rapid development environment Track the progress of your projects ensure delivery as per committed timelines Coordinate and execute all important build activities with assistance from the Senior Intake Analyst Ensure all change requests follow the Digital channels and content management processes including the approval guidelines Facilitate the accurate and timely delivery of change request Provide backup support to Senior Intake Analyst and/or Intake Manager by assisting in completion of the daily status reports or coordinating the daily status meetings Good communication project management skills This role requires you to work closely with both internal multiple client stakeholders for managing end-to-end web content authoring QC task. Therefore, clarity of thought good communication skills is of utmost importance. Requirement Analysis Pipeline management You will be required to liaise with client to assess the requirement on daily basis, assign them to team/ individuals, provide clarity on expected output, define task specific effort estimation, monitor progress track closure of tasks/ projects 2-3 years of experience in project management requirement gathering Experience of working in ticketing platforms like JIRA Experience with client and stakeholder management and coordination Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Excel and PowerPoint General knowledge of web publishing content management tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Wordpress etc. Experience in HTML, CSS is a plus but not mandatory
