Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their systems or applications are running smoothly.- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their issues and provide appropriate solutions.- Interpret and design resolutions based on your deep product knowledge.- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve system or application performance.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.- Assist in training new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Service Desk Management.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Service Desk Voice Support.- Strong understanding of IT support principles and best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to accurately define client issues and provide appropriate solutions.- Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for system or application issues.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A Bachelor's degree is required.
