Collaborate with client challenges to solve complex client problems such as regulatory reforms and implementation.

Define and manage the organization change with reference to process, technology and organization structure.

Manage transformation project to migrate from legacy to target.

Assess as-is process and suggest best industry practices to come up with to-be processes and implement them to remove inefficiencies.

Support data governance and management and help optimize operations and drive business decision-making.

Support in development of collateral, methodology refinements, best practices updates and trends tracking, create and support proposals incorporating Accenture value proposition.

Qualifications
Your experience counts!

Bachelor Degree in a quantitative field like statistics/econometrics/mathematics/engineering/computer science

MBA Degree from Tier-1 College (Preferable)

Ideal candidate should be able to consult with Utilities clients offering their subject matter expertise in delivering data & analytics solutions with experience as follows:

5+ years experience in a consulting/industry role with Utilities exposure delivering data driven capabilities and solutions

3+ years of implementation experience in Asset Investment Planning tools (IBM Maximo/APM, Copperleaf, SAP IAM, Bentley APM, Aveva APM, Infor APM, GE Predix)

2+ years experience in designing and utilizing analytic solutions in enterprise-wide organizations or in a role defining data architecture for a cloud native solution or journey to cloud

Experience guiding and managing a team of practitioners to execute data and analytics solutions, preferably both onshore and offshore

2+ years of experience of working in Asset Management with advanced knowledge of enterprise or application systems in Asset Management Services, Asset Lifecycle Management, Predictive Analytics and Reliability Centered Maintenance

3+ years experience in designing and utilizing analytic solutions in enterprise-wide organizations

3+ years in a role defining data architecture for a cloud native solution or journey to cloud

Exceptional presentation skills – ability to convey technology and business value propositions

Experience interacting with clients or executives of all levels to review expected outputs, applicability to business challenges, and value measurementWhat’s in it for you?
