Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Your expertise in Microsoft Azure IaaS will be essential in troubleshooting and maintaining the infrastructure. Provide L2/L3 support on AIX, VIO Servers, PowerHA Clusters

Demonstrated Experience in handling day-to-day AIX & Linux operating system installation, migration, Automation and break-fix support.

Deep Understanding of LINUX concepts.

Knowledge and expertise of Pacemaker Clusters.

Knowledge on SUSE SMT server/Satellite Configuration and Management.

Good exposure to different flavors of LINUX . Especially SUSE, REDHAT

Good exposure in LINUX Admin with Basic working Knowledge on Cloud platform

Good Exposure on patching and vulnerability remediations.

Good Team Management Skills

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills

Performance management and Network troubleshooting.

Experience on Microsoft Azure/AWS platform

Daily operational RUN support for Cloud servers.

Knowledge on Ticketing tools – Service Now Preferred. Knowledge on Incident, Problem and change management.

7+ Years in Linux Installation, Configuration and administration.Professional Requirements:

Good Team Management skills

Ability to structure and draft technical documentations

Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes

Flexibility to work in rotating shifts(24x7) / weekend supports as per Client demands. Good to have:Automation using Ansible, Puppet, Terraform
