Summary:As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. Showcasing creativity and problem-solving skills are key aspects of this role.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the implementation of business function activities effectively.- Analyze and design/re-design business processes to enhance performance.- Define parts of the organization to streamline operations.- Mentor junior professionals to ensure successful project outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.- Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.- Knowledge of organizational structure and operations.- Experience in project management and team collaboration.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).- This position is based at our Indore office.- A MBA degree is required.
