Summary:As a Network Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of network infrastructures.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Manage the configuration and integration of telecommunication network elements.

Support customer activations and configuration adjustments.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of back office system data records.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related issues. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.

Strong understanding of telecommunication network elements and their life cycle management.

Experience in configuring and integrating network infrastructures.

Knowledge of back office system data records management.

Familiarity with customer activation and configuration adjustment processes. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.

This position is based at our Indore office.
