Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP Project System (PS) solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Project System (PS) solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of SAP Project System (PS) solutions.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for SAP Project System (PS) development.- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful completion of all project milestones and objectives.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure successful delivery of SAP Project System (PS) solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP Project System (PS) development, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.- Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of SAP Project System (PS) business processes and best practices.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Activate methodology.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP ABAP development.- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including Agile development methodologies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS) development.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP Project System (PS) solutions.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
