Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve critical incident management and providing dynamic services to ensure system stability and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the critical incident management process, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing business impact.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and system diagrams.

Provide proactive monitoring and maintenance of critical business systems, identifying potential issues before they impact system availability or performance.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24x7 support for critical business systems. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in critical incident management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure.

Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Splunk.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in critical incident management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.QualificationsBE
