Summary:As an Application Developer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements.

Configure and customize Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud to meet business process and application requirements.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Expertise in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle HCM Core HR, Oracle Taleo, and Oracle Fusion Middleware.

Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud architecture and data model.

Experience with Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud configuration and customization.

Experience with Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud integrations.

Solid grasp of Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud security and compliance requirements.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.
