Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating efficient and effective software solutions that align with the needs of the organization and its clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing high-quality applications that enhance business processes and improve user experience. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Develop high-quality software solutions that align with the needs of the organization and its clients.- Ensure the efficient and effective functioning of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance the quality and performance of applications. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger, Oracle PeopleSoft Payables.- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications.- Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL query optimization.- Familiarity with web services and API integration.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A BE/BTech Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline is required.
