Project Role Description :Administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases. Perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. Install database management systems (DBMS) and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.

Must have skills :Oracle Database Administration (DBA)

Good to have skills :MySQL Database Administration, noSQL Couchbase, MongoDB Administration

Summary:As a Database Administrator, you will administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases. You will perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. You will install database management systems (DBMS) and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Ensure the smooth operation of the database systems.- Design, implement, and maintain new databases.- Perform database backup and recovery procedures.- Monitor and optimize database performance.- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and security. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).- Good To Have Skills:Experience with noSQL Couchbase, MySQL Database Administration, MongoDB Administration.- Strong understanding of database management systems.- Experience in database design and implementation.- Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database issues.- Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A Graduate degree is required.
