Project Role Description :Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Assist in defining requirements for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications.
  • Design applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems.
  • Train end-users on the usage of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications. Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
  • Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and architecture.
  • Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and techniques for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
  • This position is based at our Chennai office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.Qualifications15 years full time education
