Technical Experience :a.Admin & Development experience on ServiceNow Modules b.Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, SLM/SLA, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge, Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management, & Integration. c.Maintenance, administration and version standardization of ServiceNow d.Experience with ServiceNow development/configuration/customization/enhancements e.Develop Applications on ServiceNow Platform & Upgradesf.Service Management Process developmentg.Good understanding and analytical skills on Scripting (Client & Server), Workflow, UI Action & Policy, Business Rules, Glide System, Glide Record, Script Includes
