SummaryAs an Application Designer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and creating technical design to meet business process and application requirements in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL specifically for Front-Office Products and Programs . Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and designing solutions to meet those requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions using Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL.

Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements related to Front-Office Products and Programs.

Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application design and development.

Configure build and test the application or technology architecture components and classes.

Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the development and testing phases of the project, including technical reviews.

Ensure that all application designs and solutions meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Document changes to the code for traceability and update the traceability matrix or other requirements tracking tool. Inform the technology architect and project manager of any issues that may affect any other areas of the project. Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill:Expert proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL specific to Front-Office Products and Programs

Have a hands-on experience on Groovy Scripting, Java and other related technologies used in customizing Oracle Utilities products.

Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

Experience in designing and developing applications using Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL.

Experience in developing technical documentation related to application design and development.

Experience in providing technical guidance and support to development teams.

Experience in ensuring that all application designs and solutions meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.Additional Information:

The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL.QualificationsMinimum 15 years of full-time education Degree in Engineering will be a plus
