Summary :As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with SUSE Linux Administration and Network Analytics to provide a dynamic service to ensure system stability and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.

Participate in the design and implementation of system improvements and upgrades to enhance system performance and reliability.

Ensure system stability and reliability by monitoring system performance and proactively identifying potential issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SUSE Linux Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in Network Analytics.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.

Experience in system design and implementation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
