Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Linux and utilizing network analytics to provide a dynamic service.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.

Participate in the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions to improve system performance and reliability.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
