Qualifications:Any Graduation

Years of Experience:5 to 8 years

Qualities of the role-Detail-Oriented, Analytical,Thorough, CommunicativeStakehollders engagement required-Primarily email & voice interaction with Partners/Partners PA

What are we looking for?
English proficiency-CEFR Level C1 Education required-Law degree required Experience required (approximate)-3-4 years in similar role

Roles and Responsibilities:

The identification, resolution and clearance of conflict of interest issues in connection with new firm clients and new firm business and assist with prioritizing and coordinating the clearance of said clients and business; "Conducting thorough conflict checks for new clients, matters, and hires.Reviewing conflict check reports to identify potential conflicts of interest."Assisting in the resolution of identified conflicts by recommending and implementing appropriate measures.Coordinating conflict clearance processes, including obtaining waivers and drafting conflict management plans.Ensuring that all necessary conflict checks are completed before new clients or matters are accepted.
