Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Having hands on Implementation Experience in Cloud Mfg module

Additional exposure to other modules will be an added advantage

Be flexible in working hours for overlap with US working hours

Expected to be working directly with the Customer and US coordinator for the delivery of Mfg and Mfg related modules - Good communication and Excel skills needed, expected to work with extended team - Expected to work on FBDI and Data load activities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Oracle Cloud Manufacturing applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver impactful solutions using Oracle Cloud Manufacturing.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Certification in Cloud Mfg is desired

Experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in Oracle EBS Manufacturing, Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, and Oracle Cloud SCM modules.

Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and industry best practices.

Experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing

This position is based at our Bengaluru office

A Graduate or above degree is required
