As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and resolving any technical glitches that may arise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of critical business systems.
- Identify and analyze software defects, providing timely resolutions.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance system functionality.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring their queries are resolved in a timely manner.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP MM Inventory Management.
- Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience in analyzing and resolving application issues.
- Knowledge of SAP MM modules and their integration with other SAP modules.
- Familiarity with SAP MM Inventory Management best practices.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP MM Purchasing and SAP MM Warehouse Management.
- Solid grasp of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP MM Inventory Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A Graduation degree is required.
