Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Dynamics AX CRM Technical and providing dynamic service to ensure smooth functioning of the systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics AX CRM Technical and other critical business systems.

Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of the systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for the systems. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX CRM Technical.

Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of other ERP systems.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle.

Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX CRM Technical.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
